We work hard to make collection times flexible. You can usually choose a same-day or next-day collection slot depending on your location. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a text or call in advance so you know exactly when we’re arriving. On arrival, our driver will check your documents, load the vehicle, and issue a receipt. The whole process typically takes less than 20 minutes.
